I should also mention that we tried restarting both the ONT and the router by unplugging them from the power source for a few minutes. No luck either.

Steam & Origin are performing extremely well considering you are on WiFi, and your speedtest result is exactly in line with what would be expected given the setup. 

 

 

 

Is there no way at all you can test on Ethernet? Is there anyone else in the house who is connected using Ethernet that you could get to test a download from those battle.net or Xbox?

 

 

 

For actual speedtesting purposes, use the app rather than web browser.

I'll try that. We do have the cable but my laptop doesn't have the plug. I can try on my friend's laptop and update on this.
