I'm on annual leave and I'll be super flat out when I get back so I'm not going to be able to touch this until next week at the earliest.

 

 

 

I've got someone from Tier 3 however who will be looped in.

I have now moved my internet to 2Degrees -VF better not charge me any cancellation fees.  Still waiting on VF to fix my prepay mobile plan.

 

I feel like the penalty for misrepresentation/fraud/unauthorised account changes should be harsher than just having to put everything back the way it was before (which they haven't even done yet).  I haven't even received an apology.
