It's here, Just following up regarding our case relevant to your landline not receiving calls. I've already escalated it with our relevant team and it shows that your modem is faulty, and in order to have your issue resolved, it's best if you'd order a new modem so that we can have your landline fixed as well.

So many questions….
We’ve gone from “we want to send you a new modem, to we need you to order a new modem.

I’ve replied and asked them to kindly get their boss to check what’s happening because as far as I’m aware….my issue got resolved yesterday.

Jesus, do departments not talk to each other there?

 

Oh wait, I just remembered - no they don't. Would have been nice to think that the rebranding lead to an improvement on how Vodafone handled customer service but maybe I was hoping for a bit too much.

 

I hope they manage to figure it out sooner rather than later (for your sake!)
