Vodafone used to have what was world-class service. What is really concerning is that putting my own continuous sour experiences aside, I hear at least 1 story a week from people about terrible Vodafone service.

If it was a smaller company like a plumber treating customers like this, they would have long gone to the wall.

I guess they did the maths and realized for example they would save say $10 million a year by cutting back on customer service and only lose $8 million in revenue due to the shotty customer service... so it was economical to cut back.

Now with Telecoms new network in June launching and NZ Communications new 022 network launching around May, they may need to re-evaluate their little equation.
