Sealc: I have went to the store and they said it cant be done and i will have to choose a new number and sign for on account. Thanks for the help guys 😀

 

@Sealc Of course it can be done! You were mislead by store staff I looked after the IT systems that managed all this for 10+ years

 

I bet the number is not in the correct state in the db and it is a 2 second fix @MaxineN Can you look into this please and check the state of the MSISDN

Thanks Linux. If u could help would be great. They are not very helpful maybe is complicated to them and easier for them to sign up with a new number to save the hassle.

This post is giving my ptsd when my old number (that I was not using much and just kept as prepay) expired when I was overseas.
Rather frantic push to obtain it again but lost all the credit I'd had on it having paid the $20 each year to retain it for quite some time.
