I'd be dead-certain these would be in the hands of the competitors already, some of their staff would have to have Vodafone connections or have a partner whom does.

Everyone knows that bestmate is used for baby monitors ;-)

I was told a part about a previous survey from a friend.. "Would you be keen on a cutprice service with reduced support"

We got that reduced support alright: Cut hours, No sundays, Overseas outsourcing with a international link that cuts out and drops calls like Voip over Dialup but prices didn't go down.

As Rossd kindly pointed out, the survey goes out to thousnads of Vodafone customers, i don't see how posting screenshots will cause any harm.

Hi Simon - Instead of posting the screenshots (which I suggest people don't), why dont you sign up and do the surveys yourself.  More the merrier! Cool

richms: Not to mention that if it gets talk going about new offers then it is benificial to them keeping customers

I am all for talking about Vodafone and our products/services (it's my job after all Cool).  To your point, I am actually in the process of setting up a new side of Vodafone Voice where you can get invited to a topic forum (say 20-30 people) and you then get asked particular questions to discuss whatever the hot topic is.
That way I can involve wider marketing/technology/whoever here at Vodafone and it's a much better discussion where you can really give your thoughts Cool

A couple of Vodafone Voices's ago there was a focus on new services like the possibility of Visual Voicemail etc. Has any progress be made inside Vodafone to implement this or something similar?

That's about the only thing from these survey's that has gotten me interested in potential future Vodafone offerings

Yes, I was going to answer your post before but forgot sorry!

Yes the voicemail ideas went down a treat with customers and is definitely something we are exploring based on what people told us through Vodafone Voice.

As Paul touched on before, we throw out a bunch of ideas to the community to get their feedback and if something tests well we look at taking it further.  If not then we either tweak it and then re-ask you about it (based on what you say to us), or leave the idea alone Cool

That's the great thing about getting feedback from the VV community - They say what they think and people at VF listen (believe it or not!) - heck, we have even won an international award for VV for demonstrating what we have done with the community feedback (we beat off some big names like Banana Republic, NHL, ACP Media and others).

Well if anything it's a great cheap way to get market research :)

PaulBrislen: From the panel we've bene able to launch offers like Best Mate and Family that are winning huge tracts of market share.

Paul, me again.... :)

Does anyone else at GZ think that Voicemail-to-Email would be another great service Vodafone could provide? (emailing you a wav/mp3/whatever of the voicemail you just received)

A little different, but you could always Angel your VM?  The one problem I have is that I waffle on for too long!
