Shindig:

Kogan support have come back and said the port can't be done.

They have refunded me the cost of the Kogan vouchers.

Nightmare!

That is disappointing but not surprising. Many of the RSPs seem not to care about maintaining their porting infrastructure, and TCF doesn't seem to bother with checking their members are following the rules.

Yes, so without any governance the whole system is fragmented and difficult to navigate.

Thank you for being on this journey with me @KiwiSurfer

Still fighting a refund with Kogan.

The people I chat to all say it's processing, or go through the same questions repeatedly.

Stating that Devoli isn't associated with Kogan.

All pretty rubbish and one for Kogan and TDR complaints.

I wonder if they're using a chatbot, or is it a genuine person you're talking to?

The saga continues...

FF terminated two of the three phone numbers now.

Awaiting them to reactivate.

The 4 Kogan plans I have are now inactive and portal shows no services. I await the refund popping up in my CC statement.
