On a tangential note I notice that the date and timestamp for postings on this forum are out by 24 hours.

Looks fine to me - it's definitely the 1st May where I am - Porirua, as it happens!

That's a setting in your profile. Edit your profile and check your time zone setting.

Everything just came back to life for me, guessing someone tripped over a cable?

Edit: Spoke too soon, still a lot of sites not working like M365 Admin

I've got one client with 2 onenz connections in the office - One completely down, the other online but almost non-functional. Hit and miss visiting sites. Their Greymouth and Nelson offices report VERY slow internet.

Other clients ringing me that they are down completely in CHCH.

I checked the status page and it was no known network issues - 30 minutes later and there are 49 pages or more of issues all with an ETA of TBC which is cool cool cool

Can the thread title be changed to just One NZ fibre outage as this seems to be the only thread discussing it which suprises me at this time of the morning with the entire south island and most of wellington out.

Fibre and phone seem OK here in Thorndon, Wellington BUT Prime Video alternate between unavailable or extremely slow loading splash screen but no programs (just blank squares).

Coffee and housework for an hour I think ... feel bad for businesses and their support troops though.

Anyone tried some pings? Sounds like international links are down or congested.

That's interesting. I am in Island Bay near the Erskine Chapel and mine is still dead.

Just had several work mates confirm they are either off line completely or have very patchy service on both Fibre and Cell services. One NZ @ South Dunedin.
