paradoxsm: in case JohnR comes here, will 900MHz rollout be extended to main centres too? 2100 MHz and Wellington's hills and buildings do not mix.

I think the original plan was:
2100MHz -> urban
900MHz -> rural

I is a kollege stoodent. Bee nice.

My 2100 is terrible in town hence why I asked.
Out in the rural areas, performance seems to be very good now apart from my phone not having the option for "UMTS only" but that's customisation limitations.

What phone are you using?

My VFNZ 6121 Firmware Version 5.11 allows to lock to UMTS only.....

paradoxsm: Rich, any chance you could find out more info on that camera? I have hacked phones that do the same thing but it's a bit funky.

It was something he got from someone showing at a show recently (last year I think - home show or small business show) - seemed like a lot at the time but its caught the staff out twice leaving the till unattended so well worth it for him.
