It is cheap, in terms of data used. The software will no longer be free though, under a plan to have a monthly fee of US$2.50 charged to your account, in countries/operators where the Agile Messenger's developer has an agreement in place.

LOL - my father owns a Sanyo 8200 (BOOO!!!!) and didn't know how to use P2T - He opened his fone (flip) to check who has rung him, then he closed it assuming that it would go to the loudspeaker... he then realised that he had hanged up on the guy... hahahaha! Now he hates P2T and wants to jump to Vodafone....

Unlimited MMSC. hmmm i'd love to get this working on my harrier!!!!!!!, that would be GREAT for remote assessing ;-) (when I get another) my Samsung is thankfully lightsurf-free.

PTT on Telecom is fantastic. IT's also very cheap to setup for a company, Many phones do it on Telecom Versus 1 on Vodafone (1 horrid Motorola!), Starting from just $199 for a robust little bar type Sanyo with excellent battery life.

Not saying that Vodafones service is bad, they just made a poor choice limiting it to the one expensive phone.

If I ever get back in that game i'll look at investing. for "private" use it's a bit of a gimmick but for work/despatching it's top-notch. :-)

I realllllly pushed to get it where I worked last year but they sadly never took it up. It would have saved a packet and allowed much better logistics.

freeze - why doesn't your father just turn off P2T on the menu? Seems more logical than changing provider

Mauricio, can you expand on this? Is this just an arbitrary charge?
