Nah, I don't think so. Instead of cutting calls short, like less than a min, customers instead will pay for 3 whole mins. And after that, well, it's restricted to 021-021 / landline, so it's about the same anyway.
Same thing as double top-up. Customers like me will plunk in $200 when that promo comes up, and use my mobile a lot more then.
Ues the best of both worlds!!! I'm glad I have both networks.

ha ha ha. Poor handset though my i-mate pocketpc has over 4000 hours on it.. that's a poor poor phone!
