Hey FYI - TCNZ have investigated this and have found an issue which might cause intermittent/slow data throughput, they're looking into it now.

Thanks to those who emailed traceroutes through :)

I rang xnet about it again this morning, they were really good about it.

Zero percent packet loss once more, Yayyyyy!
I couldn't put up with Hubby griping about it anymore, lol. Actually, he's been way more mild about it this time than usual, we must be getting old.
