John's going to be the replacement for Paul Brislen...John loves communicating. ;)

He's a real people person.

Paul's going to be demoted to the photocopier room. He did bad.

jjnz1: So you've got nothing that needs sorting out then? I thought that was the point of rants?

vodafone customer service needs sorting out a long with the internet service at the moment. i thought that was made pretty clear.

i know for a fact many of my friends and colleagues are also frustrated with the customer service when ringing up call centres and then having to pay $1 when they ring from the mobile. I wasn't aware of the fixed line and that it was free.

Bahahaha.  love it.

I feel Paul is underqualified for the role.  He doesnt speed gobbledegook.  He does not preface each iPhone announcement with the phrase "the customers are going to be very, very happy" or somesuch.  He doesnt over promise and under deliver.

These are all key qualities of a REAL VFNZ CEO!

Sorry john, you just dont cut it mate! ;)

The force is strong with this one!
