God I am so sick of Vodafone, they used to be a decent company but ever since they put the call center off shore things have gone down hill at a great rate of knots. You have to pay to get help for their abysmal services or you can try email them, but they are so terrible that you never get a damn reply, not even weeks later. Their customer service is as bad as their crap services.

This latest internet debacle likely due to traffic shaping from what I've heard is almost too much to handle, internet is useless at night, constantly dropping out and failing to load web pages and trying to game, well there's not much point.

Yeah good one Vodafone get our extreme pack (or whatever the hell it's called) it's great for gaming, media, etc etc full down and full up. My ass!

Get your god damn crap sorted Vodafone or once my contract is up you can kiss good bye to my money EVER going into your back pocket again, your mobile service is almost to much to take, but with this internet now, I'm ready to take both my phone and router and throw it at your CEO.

Hi Golfpunk111

INFO on the speed issues are on the Vodafone NZ forum and getting worked on as fast as possible I have seen the resources thrown at this issue its huge and its not related to traffic shaping

Very few calls get routed off shore the call centre for mobile 777/888 is Based in Manukau and Fixed line is based in Auckland CBD so saying the call centre is based overseas is incorrect.

To call the fixed line support team is free

Thanks John

I was thinking about leaving the expensive (but very good) Maxnet and go for the cheaper new vodafone naked option. I was hoping to bundle cellphone, mysky and dsl into one but from reading this forum I am very happy paying lots for my service which is always 1.7MB down!! Eat that vodafone fixed line broadband customers!!!

(I do feel sorry for ya really ;) )

They do outsource some of the call centre to Salmat though.

And yes, trying to get a response from someone with a few more clues than the average CSR is impossible.
Round and round in circles while they endlessly repeat their canned response and ignore the actual question.

John, there is no point pm'ing you my email. the emails that i sent were months, even years ago and from an old email address.

golfpunk111, if youre not willing to help JohnR help you, then there is not much point to this thread. (Apart from your rant which youve had)
