Oh yes... good ol "own network" minutes.... Like when Vodafone overcharged me 21c per SMS, they put on a "goodwill gesture of 25 minutes for SMS overcharging" all went on voicemail.

That was the great thing about the old BellSouth plans - because of their interconnection agreement with Telecom BellSouth had to give you voicemail and gave you free 1st minute retrieval!
