sleepy: I use Traffic usage checker to report on my telstraunclear usage and that seems to be working
TUC just downloads the usage page and scrapes it for information - so if TUC is working, then the usage checker page is working (for you at the current time).
Anyway, works for me (though it certainly has had its share of downtime in the past).
