You do need to factor in the per minute rounding policies from both networks to make a fair comparison.

On 2d all calls are rounded up, on Vodafone rounding for included minutes varies by plan but many are rounded down. If you make a lot of short calls (but all over 1 minute) then you'll get a significantly greater number of minutes value on Vodafone than 2degrees.
