alpha2: Ok now this is getting beyong stupid now 3rd call to helpdesk and told there was no upgrade what the fark is wrong with these people apparently to them i dont know how to read a speed test from what i gather the modem has not downloaded any updates changes or anything is there any telstra employess here that 1.know about the cable plan upgrades and 2. wont treat me like a complete and utter idiot  sorry about the rant but i am steaming right now

Hi all im back with good news with help from techo (Thanks again :) ) im at 15mbs down and 2mbps up checked my network card and it was capping at 10mbps changed that to 100mbps and viola ! Now im off to eat some humble pie next time i wont be so quick to blame telstra (help desk still sucks hoorray for the local boys !!!! )
