Mine's the same - I still don't seem to be able to get above 10mbps. I've called the help desk twice and both times have spoken to a clueless operator who sounded as if they were in another country. The promise of the 15mbps connection was enough to keep me on TCL, but if it's not going to happen then I'll be switching soon.

I guess it's a call to the call centre then. Did you power cycle your modem?

Mine has been migrated to the new plan with the extra speed and quota.
It might depend on when your accounts billing cycle begins/ends. Mine account is near the end of the month and the extra speed took a couple of days.

Try restarting your modem so it can download the new settings from Telstra. Worked for me :)

Cloud spending continues to surge globally, but most organisations haven’t made the changes necessary to maximise the value and cost-efficiency benefits of their cloud investments. Download the whitepaper From Overspend to Advantage now.

Ive restarted modem several times now ,I walked 10 houses down my street to my mother in laws house and they have had the upgrade also, Call centre blamed it all on the speedtest site ! , Also told me at telstras end i have the upgrade so tommorow i call and ask for a senior tech not just some pre scripted card reader.Maybe a reprovision will do it not just a connection reset.

Do you have router? Maybe router could not handle 10Mb? Got same issue but yeah need to replace router... Try connecting your pc ditectly to telstra modem and see how it goes.

Interesting... I'm on the 'Lightspeed' 40g plan now, but for the last couple of months I've been gettting less than 1mb/s after 7pm. When I test in the morning again I'm back to 7-9mb/s. Haven't seen any increase in speed moving to 15mb/s but do some resets and see what happens.

I raised a call with TCL about the speed issue at night, sent them recorded speeds with comparison of night vs day etc. They obviously didn't look at any of that let alone my actual account details, they just told me to fit line filters... for a cable connection...

That would be because it IS in another country. The call centre was moved to the Philippines earlier this year.
