Sorry - you will have to excuse my ignorance, but to clarify I have the following setup:

WAG200G router -> SPA2102 -> Computer

So from my computer (which I presume is LAN side) I can ping that address and I get a response back 58.28.20.10.
The DNS on the SPA2102 is primary ns1.xnet.co.nz and ns2.xnet.co.nz for secondary

put 58.28.4.2 & 6.2 in the 2102 and restart the 2102, check the 2102's time again, the only reason why the 2102 will not display the correct time is if it can not resolve the ntp service, see how you go with that.
