For GX29, i'm sorry i don't have the tool/s to unlock this model. We only service Sharp 3G phones as well as all Sony Ericsson and Nokias. I believe Redbox is the tool to unlock this model. And it was cracked few months back and sold for $50+ but i wasn't tempted to buy, i prefer the original one, but again is expensive and not worth investing.
I have just unlocked my phone which save me $50. It wasn't so sofiticated, downloaded Furious Gx15 unlocker, figure com port then unlock and using unlock code.... Alll i have to do is to search on google then that's it. Cheers guys
