Hi, well even so your still only connected to a port thats currently setup for ADLS2+, however if the map indicates your within a VDSL2 area, then you should be able to achieve full ADSL2+ speeds of 16-18Mb/s, so 9Mb/s is a bit shy.

Once again suspect both house wiring and ISP bottle neck.

regarding your original problem with the 0.27mbps speed test result, it looked like your isp was limiting the speed with the profile, you were probably on a launch plan which caps the speed to 256kbps/128kbps or 0.256mbps/0.128mbps. Then when you moved house the problem was resolved because they had to run a new order to have it reconnected :)
