Do you have access to a TelstraClear domestic routing table and other providers domestic tables to compare?
Which sites would be faster that peering would resolve? Which sites are missing?
There is a few thousand routes in the NZ domestic table and TelstraClear seems to have enough connectivity directly or indirectly to provide highspeed connectivity.

If you care about traffic to CityLink being local then choose a provider that does peer with them at APE/WIX.
