I also find Vodafones stance strange. Ironically all other ISPs regard our address as urban for naked DSL....

Yeah I have no idea if Tom's address is urban or naked from that map, try the checker linked on Snap's site where is says "A low density charge may apply"

I had a look at Snap's site and my area is noted as high density by them.

Given I'm in the Hamilton suburbs with wall to wall houses, I'm guessing Urban.

Mind, the Morepork in the park up the road may disagree.

I stand corrected. Snap consider me low density so I would pay more with them...
