Ouch. Expensive is right, and only up to 2Mbps. Free national traffic though.
I'm guessing they must be basically governed by what TelstraClear will wholesale to them at, and I bet it's designed that they will always be more expensive.
Shame, because if they were even close to what TelstraClear charge at similar speeds and had a YouTube that worked, I'd be switching.

Suggest we can log this fault/issue via the TCL online help section - contact TCL. Log a Highspeed internet fault. I have TCL web site link below. This avoids siiting in the lenghty help desk telephone queue...a case number is emailed back from memory. TCL should be able to monitor/log these complaints.
