Below is the intended message relating to an outage affecting your cable modem service next week.

Dear Customer
Due to an increase in demand, we are required to carry out an upgrade of our cable network in the Wellington/Kapiti region. To carry out this upgrade, a temporary outage of your cable modem service is required.
The outage will be for a maximum period of 6 hours on:
The morning of Tuesday the 28th of November 2006 between 00.01am and 06.00am.
Normal service should resume by 6am.
You may need to turn your modem off and on again at the wall to re-establish connection after the outage.
We apologise for this disruption to service and any inconvenience this may cause you.
