The website is great but the "my Vodafone" login dialog seems flakey.  It sometimes disappears while filling it out. This is quite annoying.

The other think is the is 3 check boxes depending on the login you want - Mobile - Internet - Customer zone.
The issue is that once you log in there is nowhere on that dialog to log out and go to another option. So if I have a mobile account and a customer zone (TCL) account then managing them both from here is cumbersome.

Cheers
Kirk.

Yes, totally understand. We're working on combining those at the moment.
Thanks for the feedback.

The coverage map doesn't seem to update automatically in Firefox, like the old one used to. I untick the box for "Calling, 2G & 2.5G" and tick the box for "3G Broadband Extended" but nothing changes, it all stays purple. Is that what it's meant to do? The old map had the other coverage types in red and orange, which was helpful.

Attempted to change my account today using Firefox (v 23.0.1) running Adblock plus (tried with abp enabled and disabled) and it was not able to confirm my phone number (sat there going round in circles for a fair few minutes), moved across to chrome and it loaded fine.

I was annoyed because the bit where you sign in to look at your accounts changed and so it forgot all my logins and passwords!

Now I have to mess it up because then you end up at the 'old' screen which still remembers them all!

It's very nice and all, but what was the point of the expenditure? Does it do anything the previous perfectly good one did not do?

Some things it would be helpful to see on the website:

1) The date my current plan expires

2) The cost of breaking my contract at the date I am looking at the site

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Free setup code: R587125ERQ6VE. Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Quickymart - apologies, we're still ironing out some bugs on the maps but new release at the end of the week.

Poll - Thanks, will raise ticket re Firefox v23

Geektastic - sorry, the new site doesn't carry the old cookies (which is why the old screen remembers). We did look into it but a workable solution wasn't possible. Re why - lots of reasons but in quick summary:

1. Clean out and rewrite all the content. Things build up over time and this was a chance to straighten things out - rewrite code, move to a CMS, optimise imagery, rewrite content in the same voice etc
2. Our business has evolved and we need to reflect that online - new IA etc
3. Better tie together the different elements of digital (and offline) Vodafone - website, mobile, app, Community, FAQs - obviously this is ongoing as we have other areas to work through but we're working on it.

Here's another anomaly:

I went to the site on my iPhone to find a number for broadband customer service.

When I clicked the number link, which in an iPhone usually brings up a query box asking if I want to dial that number, I got a query box with a whole string of text in it instead!

Maybe a coding issue?

I tried checking what data I have left during this month on my ADSL. But it doesn't say. It shows my limit and data used, so I need to work out what's left myself. Is it possible to show what's left, I think that is what most people actually want to know.

Also, when changing the month, it could update once the new month is selected. Why does it need another button to be selected?

Do you think we'll get a discount for doing this free User Acceptance Testing? ;-)
