My pop mail decided to stop working (all other web services are running fine including my google imap accounts), its just my ihug pop mail.
Anyhow, went to vodafone.co.nz and wow... nice new website. I do hope they havent 'pulled' out the wrong 'socket' when implementing this new site.

I must say the new website is snappy fast (compared to the chug along old one).

EDIT: The webmail button on the new site doesnt seem to work either !
Bah, withdrawal from not being able to sync email is starting to settle in.

Any insight into why the webmail link or pop mail fails to work at the moment?

Webmail (top button) is redirecting me to VF Webmail: https://webmail.vodafone.co.nz/vfwebmail/  OK?

Seems to be working alright for me - can you let me know what browser you're using? Also might be worth calling in the POP mail issue to tech support. We're not aware of a current issue, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Cheers,
Lon

EDIT: Looks like there may have been a POP mail issue but this has been resolved. Can you confirm?

webmail & pop.ihug.co.nz seem to work OK for me.

The giant swathe of red on the left half of the webpage is a bit overbearing, but otherwise new design looks great (has been much in need of an upgrade form the Word 97-designed look it had before!).

Anyway, just quickly the new homepage is less clutter filled (on face value), Quick to Load and straight to the point.
Well done and I do hope the revamp progresses to all the pages.

Hi there

When you posted I went over to our test bench and I wasn't able to telnet to pop.vodafone.co.nz or pop.ihug.co.nz. I checked again after a minute and it was working again!

Can you please test it again and let us know? Sorry for the interruption.

Dylan

Well, it is our colour and brings the eye into the page. Balanced with plenty of white space :)

Oh, it is Vodafone's colour, sure, I think it's that combined with the contrasting red angled design of the "Red is here. Nice" banner, it feels almost claustrophobic on the home page - move to, say, the 'on account plans' page that doesn't have the other red banner, and it feels very clean and usable. Just my 2cents, anyway ;)

When I go to https://www.vodafone.co.nz/using-myvodafone/ on the "why Vodafone" tab, just below "Manage your business account" section there is an image that is not displayed properly.  It looks like it is a product advertising banner and switches images periodically.  The space provided is not "tall" enough to see the image within it.  Just thought you my want to know.

I am using firefox 19.0.2
