If there is a fault, they need to rectify it or at least be seen to be acting on it - as they are. If John/Vodafone/et al were coming on here saying, "oh well, tough luck eh?" that would be different. But they're not. And, again, it's "best effort". What's wrong with 70MB/s anyway? Your connection is faster than mine.
