So after 20 minutes just now, webmail now shows the inbox however very slow slow slow slower than my 1994 9.6k dial up connection to compuserve. Apple Mail is just starting to become happy and download the mail.
Whilst writting this post, everthing seems more responsive now.... the tap is back on !

yeah I tried at 5am and no webmail or outlook client. 7.30am and now I havent checked webmail but Outlook is intermittent. Maybe just the load as everyones email downloading.
