My outlook client has gone all wonky – disconnecting, unable to sync folders, etc.

Can’t get onto web mail reliably (your session is invalid, unable to connect to database, etc.)

Is this likely a VF problem or something seriously wrong at my end?

I had trouble yesterday and today.  I looked on main page at bottom where it says status broadband and mobile and status says no major issues. I looked on boradband and says planned and 2 other repairs but nothing about Tauranga or email problems.   Thinking it may have been something with my computer  I wiped and just reinstalled from a backup.  Still having very slow connections to some sites and no email.  Just wish Vodafone had the issue listed on the status page that you go to at bottom of main page

HTPC Intel Pentium G3258 cpu, Gigabyte H97n-wifi motherboard, , 8GB DDR3 ram, onboard  graphics. Hauppuage HVR 5500 tuner,  Silverstone LC16M case, Windows 10 pro 64 bit using Nextpvr and Kodi

I have had 2 working days without receiving any work emails, my approx. 20 staff the same. Last night when I phoned no ETA, this morning no ETA and tonight 6:50pm still no ETA. Don't think I can hold on for the hope much longer without an estimated time of restoration.

Can anyone recommend a provider who I can change over pretty quickly to that are reliable for work email and domain hosting. Been with quick/ihug/Vodafone for 10+ yrs so wouldn't have a clue.

Thanks

Well here we are on a Friday morning. Day 3.
Still no email. The right to use the word intermittant dissapeared on Wednesday night, I think the term VF need to use is 'SORRY EMAIL UNAVALIBLE FROM ANYTHING ANYWHERE thats including WEBMAIL"
yeh yeh I should have a non isp email address and yes I do use a few.

I like the bit on the status page where it says the problem is 'intermittent'. This suggests it works sometimes, not that I can see...Chris

Looking at the mail ques, email being sent to vodafone/ihug seems to be being accepted by their servers without an issue, its just not making is from the front end to the customer mailboxes I'd say. I can see incoming as well.
