Telecom plans are the most inflexible in the market they don't do usage packs, pay per gb or data banking.  Fixed 20gb capped to 64kbit after that or 40gb and 2cents a MB over cap (aka $20 per GB).

Either way, Telstra should be more flexible.

I would much prefer to be throttled to 64k than to pay $5 extra for going over every month.

Also, which ISP's do data banking?

Only Slingshot does currently

If you buy a data block, the unused amount at the end of the month will roll over into the next month for when you next need it - each block lasts for 12 months!

People who dont mind 64k obviosuly are not too worried about broadband.




Go large would be perfect for you guys, or at least an ISP that offers some sort of shaped/slow semi-unlimited plan.
