Is the apps list just a predefined order? It would be nice if they ordered with the ones you use most often at the top, otherwise an option to hide apps you don't use.

Funny thing, if your router (in our case the Vodafone Ultra Hub) detects no connection it redirects devices to a no connection / trouble shooting page, I opened one of the HTML5 apps while this was happening and was presented with this page on the TV! Can navigate around the buttons with a remote and plugged a keyboard in to be able to log in to the Ultra Hub from Vodafone TV 😂 (otherwise you can only enter numbers)

New update is great thanks.

@sansom, any updates on when you are likely to have Sky PPV/Arena available? I'm a boxing fan and almost all events are on PPV so I'm currently needing to find alternate ways to watch them or consider going back to a direct Sky contract.

Well good one Vodafone, I had VTV working fine with Sky with 100 Mbs fibre. Upgraded to 1Gb fibre and got a new VTV box.

I didn't install the VTV cause the old old worked fine and got the recent firmware upgrade.

Today that I got a call that I nee to use the new box, so took it out powered up, got Tv 1 etc but Sky says I'm no longer subscribed.

Called 0800 346 751 spoke to ninja and spent 1 hour trying to register the new serial number and restarts with no joy. End up raising a ticket and said might take a while.

So thanks no Sky this weekend VTV.

Find a friend and use their SkyGO account.  It's HD these days, it's great.

Yep did the same to me 2 years ago took 6 weeks to provision a new box and get Sky after about 10 calls.

Couldn't get Vodafone to sort it out.

This probably applies to Gen2 as well since they're on the same firmware, But since the update I've noticed the guide panel in the menu (listing 1,2,3 and Prime) sometimes takes a few seconds to refresh after opening the menu. Where as it always used to be up to date?
