Just to report, my C902 is still sending small ones, however my girlfriend's S550 is sending me normal size ones. I'm guessing that it's all about the sender as opposed to the receiver?

Really strange, my girlfriends VGA pxts are coming through (since the fix) with awesome quality!
I was considering getting her a new handset with 3.2MPsay but now probly don't need to.

Also, if you go into a VF store and get them to remove the PXT service settings in Siebel, and then re add them a whil later, things seem to go back to normal.....

This will not add a profile onto the transcoder and resolve small PXT image issue

blaXoid: John,

Still having the same issue - see post above

Service is still working just PXT image size is smaller

There is going to be a service pack loaded onto the network element instead of doing them 1 at a time

Should be on soon

John

So, 2 months after this I'm still having this issue? Any updates for us john?
