Last minute guess: Could be Warpspeed (as it currently is) launching in Wellington (for the exact same price as currently in Christchurch - LOL)

I'd like to think that it's VDSL, but I think it's probably still a bit too early for that.

I think business VDSL is already up and running; I think that's what the existing BizNet plans are.

TCL is making 25Mbps service available in Wellington from tommorrow and is working to deploy 100Mbps services in Wellington and Christchurch.

No dates for this second feature yet.
