Well the guillotine was invented during the French revolution as a more humane way of execution. Hanging didn't always work and the axe often missed the mark causing excess pain and suffering.

If your ISP deliberately blocked ports and restricted what you could and couldn't do would you say that's 'ok' and put up with it or would you change ISP?
