Ahh well - at least you've hopefully got it sorted now.... and the Draytek will not be in vain, since it's a reliable modem (no overhating issues I'm aware of) and it provides a proper PPPoA > PPPoE solution which is much 'cleaner' than the half-bridge stuff.
