As per scott, he has had it looked into by VF, and they are passing on the texts to FB. So it is a problem with FB.

Perhaps vodafone would have better luck dealing with facebook as they are allowing facebook to use their name on the website and it doesn't work. Surely there are some people on account tieing up VF resources complaining about it? I am guessing vodafone are loving all the prepay users calling to tell them about it who are paying $1 for nothing.

Vodafone NZ is trying to track down a contact in Facbook. I can confirm Vodafone is passing the SMS to facebook correct. I will update the thread once somone gets back to our team

Vodafone NZ have tried to contact someone in facebook its proving not that easy

See you're falling into exactly the same trap that Facebook is. We live in an age of number portability. I'm referring to 022 customers who are on Vodafone, but are unable to use either Facebook or Twitter.

Well I have a ported 028 Number from BW. Maybe thats the reason? But I'm still able to do Twitter updates
