Fe3o4: "Comments I make in posts are my own views and findings and do NOT reflect my place of employment in any way!" You could have fooled me!

I think you will find John means that his views are his own, and not the views of his employer...

*freitasm* I have removed that comment, I may have gone a little OTT there.

Cheers

johnr:
Please tell me one mobile network provider that provides %100 coverage to the there country

Monaco Telecom is 100% :-) Coverage from the 3 networks in Singapore is close to 100% as you will ever get as well.

Fe3o4:
  1. The point of my so-called "rubbish statement" was the fact that they do not listen - or respond.
  2. When they plant a cell site anywhere around 302444E 5882108N I shall cease the "rubbish statements"
  3. "Comments I make in posts are my own views and findings and do NOT reflect my place of employment in any way!" You could have fooled me!

I am sure all mobile providers in the world know where there is coverage and where there is not coverage. All areas are drive tested when new Cells come online.

Maybe there is no viable option to get coverage in the area you have pointed out in your post. (where ever that may be)

I just don't know why you did not name the area

To Kelly2626,

I have read a few of your posts and you seem to be extremely unhappy with both Vodafone's products & services...

Why dont you buy yourself a Telecom phone? Try their customer services, their handsets and their services & capabilities as there is definately a difference but it is in Vodafone's favour...

Now of course I'm one sided on this issue, but I regret you think that way. I believe a number of people within Telecom strive to provide the best possible customer service to customers. I don’t exactly run around saying Vodafone offers bad customer service, as personally I see it as a cheap shot, not benefiting anyone. A number of Telecom employees feel passionate about working for Telecom and want to make a difference, and are constantly fighting this battle. It seems we do not say enough good things about a company, how would you anyone (NOTE: this comment is not directed at anyone) like it if their Mother and Father only said negative things about them. While there is a place for these comments, as originations, like people they make mistakes, and it can take someone on the out side to point these out.

You might have had a bad experience with Telecom, remember not all Telecom's customers think this way.

Cheers

I am sorry, but I have both and I have to say there's no difference - they both do their best and they do it well.

Like a stupid schoolkid I will LAUGH out loud at this...

Yes, every company does things they might be able to do better, Most usually learn the hard way from a backlash and the smart ones learn by pleasing customers.

Sorry for my ingnorance, but what does trolling mean? This is the only forum I use so dont really know all the words...

I agree, there are people in Telecom who are/have been extremly helpfull and Telecom do offer competitive pricing. Their handsets and current capabilities are definately inferior though...
