I was told there's a video interview that's going to be available soon, so I will post both... Just stay there!

I'm interested in what he had to say... does he have the final edit?

Update from my situation:

I've received an letter from Dr Allan Freeth, apologising for the service I have received, cancelling the termination of contract fees, and advising that he will be investigating my case.

So a positive result in the end.

That's good, it's a pity it took that level of involvement to get it fixed however. People shouldn't need to e-mail the CEO of a company to get a (relatively straightforward) request like yours completed in a timely manner.

I guess the CEO didn't say anything worth reporting.

That would be a Telstra Clear 'soon' then.

Would be really funny to do a Telstraclear version of Valve Time or the Blizzard "Soon"

Come on folks... I am waiting for something else that will complement it nicely. Just be patient.

Your interview is really gonna be old news by the time we see it.
