@MikeB4 As advised they don't notify of 100% of outages and further to this your connection is actually working but well below par so have you called and logged an official fault and got a fault ticket open?

I spent quite a long time on the phone earlier this week discussing this with them, the problem is in the past I would have no issue and argued all the way to the CEO however my health hinders me now as stress can aggravate my condition.

Please lodge a complaint with the TDR. This is extremely unfair.

So then that ticket will have to go thru the BAU process @mikehales will really not be able to add much value he is not a tech / Engineer that actually works on the network / systems

I do not want to say much more but I am giving up on this due to health reasons.

Your choice...but of course the other question is do you really need 1GB connection....maybe 200/20 is worth a try?

Most people would not be able to tell the difference and its cheaper and more reliable it would seem.

Have just skimmed most of this thread, and the problems here are sounding pretty similar to what I've experienced myself recently. Spent almost an hour on the phone today running speedtests whilst vodafone monitored their end, (I'm on FibreX Max) and best throughput we could get was around 250Mbps. Over the last week I've had anywhere from a measly 9Mbs to 220Mpbs on speedtests, the overall average though has been closer to 150Mbps.

I do run my own router, but even using the vodafone router nothing above 200Mbps was achieved whilst they were monitoring.

My issue has been passed to Network team to investigate further ...

The "Vodafone Ultra Hub" is officially the "Vodafone H-500-t".
