I cant remember the last time I saw 4G [in chch] , was looking out for it today but phone always says 3G and whereas I used to get 4G briefly in the mornings until it downgraded to 3G.

Did you not say the same thing back one page or two page? and then I covered other reasons for this,

And you don't have a handset that supports 4G 700Mhz bad 28 LTE band plan
