I need to do that once my contract expires. use those 2 years i worked for them to get what i need hahaha.

Is this available for Mobile plans? Id hope so given my monthly spend pays for half their wages.

I've just signed up with Vodafone as a returning customer as I got a really good deal. However I'm not sure if I still get a Static IP address and a free modem? Apart from the NEON account what other improvements have been added in the last 6 months?

They record their calls. If you know the day and approximate time of the call they will review. I once did this when I wasn't told by the CSR that a contract extension was required. They reviewed the recording and agreed.

I agreed to two years of extension, I've been with the so long I didn't mind. Hopefully it's just a mix up
