MYA simply adds all data usage under the live.vodafone.com APN as "WAP Casual usage plan" so out of the 12.7665 MB you used all but 20kb of this was zero rated traffic. You were obviously charged 10c earlier (minimum charge for a session as they are all rounded up to 10kb minimum charge) and then went and used 10c again later which is why it increased.
There is nothing wrong here, the VF system is working perfectly.
Vodafone are just so far behind the times when it comes to mobile data usage and growing their business..

It's not the path you take to a URL, it is the URL itself.

Dear Simon Thank you for your website enquiry. I do apologise for the issue that you have had with Vodafone Live charging, I have added a 50 cent credit to your account now to cover the charges incurred. All Vodafone live browsing is free but please ensure that you are not following a link that takes you outside of Vodafone live, you usually receive notification if you are leaving Vodafone Live but following external links are usually the reason that any charges are incurred. If you have any further questions please reply to this email, call our Customer Contact Centre on 777 from your Vodafone mobile, or 0800 800 021 from any other phone. From overseas you can contact us on + 64 9 355 2007. Yours sincerely Paul Vodafone Customer Support |

Yes, I read that. But I would just like some "official Vodafone" clarification. A I tried calling customer service, and they had no idea.....
Cause...
1. Paul (from Vodafone) said before, that Bebo, Facebook, and YouTube are all free.....
2. So, does it then mean that Vodafone deems it free according to
i) path taken...... (ie: walled garden), which is the policy as indicated on Vodafone Live and website, or
b) URL visited??? (what some users are claiming now)...

I was also left a message on my anwser phone saying that i must have gone directly to bebo via m.bebo.com .
I'm happy with Vodafone's response but i know i never went directly to Bebo or YouTube so although i've been credited which is great, the issue hasn't been resolved as such.
