Cameronn: My previous post was directly related to the standard data usage plans, you'll want to look at billable usage and disregard any graphs at this point.
Cameronn: Update.
The data usage has been corrected and the total GB used should be visible in the Viewbill portal. Standard Data usage during the affected period (22nd until the end of the month) has been cut in half.
The hardware vendors believe they have identified and resolved the issue. We'll be monitoring usage closely this month and hope no further problems are seen. We apologise for the inconvenience and frustration caused.

Torrent plan stuff was a slightly different issue. Operations have advised that should also be resolved and it did start happening will before the 22nd - not 100% sure on the viewbill side for that but I'll investigate.


Cameronn: After a little investigation with Operations they found an issue with Viewbill caching old results, they've fixed and it should now display the updated data (Billable usage) - please re-check your data prior to PMing me.
