thanks John none of the update regions mention Island Bay (and you see a lot of issues out here). Are we scheduled for any relief?
Kodiack: I've been suffering from poor international performance for a while now. It's good at the moment (I'm actually seeing 80+ Mbps to the US!), but there are rare occasional moments where it will drop to literal dial-up speeds (sub-56 Kbps/7 KB/s)...

sub: I've been on cable for about 15 years now, and it's been awesome pretty much the whole time, until the last couple of months where I've really seen it go downhill. My family are now complaining about it continuously. I hope they manage to improves things in the very near future or we're going to have look at switching to something else.
