ooh - that seemed to kill the thread.

I'm a Vodafone customer - 6 weeks does seem to be a long and sucky time for this - but my life hasn't come to a screaming halt because of the Pit stop thing yet.
Does anyone know more about the system change?  I think I read in the paper that IBM is doing the work on the system...
Is it true they are replacing more than just one system with this upgrade?

If any Vodafone employee is around they can comment on this, but rumours are that "IBM" is almost a forbidden word inside the Vodafone New Zealand offices...

I think its disgusting that vodafoney is going to take so long to switch over their billing system. Yet another example of crappy service by them, I would switch to Telecom if disconnection charges weren't so high.

I wonder if there will be any form of compensation for those who go over limits becuase of the inability to check ones account?

I have checked everything here and it looks OK!! Have you tried your SIM card in another phone? Is it Vodafone live supported??

As I said - everything is working for me fine, so it can't be an outage! All this hogwash about billing systems being down... its just imported phones causing issues. Damn media.

Check the SIM card or vlive settings please.

I am sure you have no idea what you are talking about - and trolling is not allowed here. Strike one.
