Chrisbexsta: As other users have mentioned I am disgusted by your lack of customer service and the piece you put at the bottom dosnt excuse your behaviour because you are on here doing work for vodafone so therefore you are representing vodafone
I do represent Vodafone. Geekzone queries have no relation to my role and is done in my own time and own effort without pay. We help out a lot of people and threads like these do really get to some of us especially myself wound up. I could equally comment on your behavior in here as well but i will keep that to myself.
