JPS: Okay. Returned home slightly perturbed to receive an email confirming my Best Mates was queued for cancellation. No home phone the number is no longer active. Restarted everything. No phone. Ran a speedtest and seem to have been downgraded to a 30/10 plan. Elegant solution i no longer qualify for gigatown and i have no phone to complain. But wait ... I have a cellphone. So i call the help desk. Unusually high call volumes i might have to wait 15 minutes. Two hours later im still listening to a single lorde song on repeat. then it disconnects. I guess others get bored listening to the complaints about vodafone but Monty Python couldn't do it better.

Ok I know why you ended up 30/10 and it was part of the process all very confusing but you will be up and running soon

Yes I'm totally confused now but ever hopeful.
