So instead of calls being outsourced to Manila, they're going to be outsourced to India? Am I understanding this correctly?

Oh dear. So people in two different countries will be losing their jobs. I wonder how Jason plans to manage this massive change. I imagine he's going to get a lot of posts on here directed towards him now!

Yes I heard it from myself too, I am sure I heard the "migration" dept is at India
